Brito Digital Studio LLC ("Brito Digital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and aims to be clear about how information is collected and used when you visit britodigitalstudio.com, contact us, or request information about our services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices that may be available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a business review, communicate with us by email, or otherwise interact with us.

Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, patient records, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through our website forms or general email address.
Our website forms are intended for business inquiries and are not designed to collect patient or medical information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, certain technical information may be processed automatically by our hosting infrastructure and, when enabled, analytics, security, or measurement services.
This may include:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Operating system
- Pages and files requested
- Date and time of requests
- Referring page or website
- General geographic information derived from an IP address
- Interactions with website pages and features
This information may be used for website delivery, security, troubleshooting, analytics, performance measurement, fraud prevention, and technical administration.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the website to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests
- Provide information about our services
- Prepare or deliver a requested business review
- Communicate about a potential or existing business relationship
- Understand the needs described in an inquiry
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website

- Understand which pages and services are useful to visitors
- Measure advertising or marketing performance when applicable
- Prevent misuse, spam, fraud, or security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Protect our rights and the rights of others
We do not automatically enroll someone in unrelated promotional email simply because they submitted a general business inquiry.
If we offer a newsletter or other promotional email program, any applicable marketing consent will be handled separately.
3. Website Forms and Business Communications
We use information submitted through the Contact form or Business Review form to respond to the request, evaluate a potential project, provide requested information, or communicate about an existing business relationship.
Submissions are processed through Brito Digital's Cloudflare Worker infrastructure. Cloudflare also provides website infrastructure, content delivery, security, and server-side request processing.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help identify automated or abusive submissions. Turnstile may process technical information associated with the request as necessary to provide this security function.
After a submission has been validated, it is delivered to Brito Digital by email using Resend. Information included in the form may be processed by Resend as necessary to deliver the inquiry.
The current website does not send form submissions to a customer relationship management platform or store them in an application database. Copies of an inquiry may remain in the ordinary email systems used to receive and respond to the message.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for necessary website functionality, analytics, measurement, and advertising.
Brito Digital uses CookieYes to manage cookie consent and remember your privacy preferences. Necessary cookies may be used to support core website functions, security, and consent management. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used according to the preferences you select through the cookie banner.
You can accept optional cookies, reject them, or customize individual cookie categories. You can also change your choices later using the Cookie Settings control in the website footer.
Necessary technologies required for website operation and security may operate without optional consent where permitted by law.
For a dynamically maintained description of cookies and similar technologies used by the website, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Analytics and Website Measurement
We use analytics and website-measurement services to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its performance.
Services used for analytics and technical monitoring include:
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand website traffic, usage patterns, page activity, referral sources, device information, and conversions.
Analytics-related storage and measurement are controlled according to the visitor's consent preferences through Google Consent Mode and CookieYes.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity is installed to help us understand how visitors interact with the website through features such as aggregated interaction data, heatmaps, and session-recording functionality.
Depending on configuration and consent, information processed by Clarity may include page interactions, clicks, scrolling, navigation behavior, browser information, and device information.
Clarity analytics collection operates according to applicable consent preferences.
We do not intentionally use session-recording technology to collect passwords, payment information, patient information, or other highly sensitive information through this website.
Sentry
Sentry is used for technical error monitoring and website reliability. It may process technical information associated with an error or website request as necessary to help us identify and resolve problems.
6. Advertising and Conversion Measurement
We use advertising measurement technology to understand campaign performance and attribution.
Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel is installed to measure advertising performance, campaign attribution, page views, and lead or conversion activity associated with Meta platforms.
Advertising tracking operates according to the visitor's advertising-cookie consent preference. When advertising consent has been granted, a confirmed Contact or Business Review form submission may generate a Meta Lead event.
These Lead events are not configured to include submitted names, email addresses, messages, business details, or other form content.
Where required by applicable law, advertising and marketing technologies will operate according to the visitor's consent preferences.
Some privacy laws may define certain disclosures associated with targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as "selling," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for personal information.
Where applicable, we will provide legally required choices regarding those activities.
7. Google Maps
Our contact page may provide access to Google Maps.
The map is designed so that Google Maps is not loaded automatically. It loads only after a visitor chooses to view the map.
Once the map is loaded, the visitor's browser communicates directly with Google. Google may receive information such as IP address, browser information, device information, and interactions with its service.
Google's processing of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
8. Fonts and Website Assets
The primary website font is hosted locally by Brito Digital rather than loaded from Google Fonts.
Most website images, stylesheets, scripts, and other site assets are also delivered as part of the website itself or through its hosting infrastructure.
